MAKINGTRAX - MONGOL RALLY MISSION

This last winter 2015, Makingtrax and team undertook a trip of a lifetime to prove life is an adventure and nothing should hold you back. The Mongol Rally is what we were aiming for 16,000km from London to Mongolia with basically only one rule: The car we took must not have an engine no bigger than 1.000 cc (1 litre). We found two ten year old Toyota Yaris's, choose our own route through the wild landscapes of Euro-Asia, deserts of Kazakhstan, mountain ranges of Russia and unknown destinations such as Azerbaijan or Georgia. With no backup we ventured into the unknown, two and a half months, 26,000km later we arrived in Riga, Latvia, having drove back from Siberia, far eastern Russia. An incredible journey of self and worldly discovery

Our mission….

1. Change the way society thinks about disability

2. Get outdoor companies to work with us and people with all abilities

3. Show everybody with a disability that they are just as capable as others

Great reasons, risking health, life and sanity?  There is more than just one good reason for us to do this. Our biggest motivation is to prove a point and therefore make the world a better place. We want to show life is an adventure and nothing should hold you back. Also bringing fame to Makingtrax a adventure company Jezza founded bringing freedom through adventure to all abilities. More
